At AL GHANI Medical & Surgical, we aim to provide a reliable and transparent purchasing experience. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds may be requested for products purchased through www.alghani.pk.
We encourage customers to review product details carefully and contact our team before placing an order if any clarification is needed.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or replacement under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect item delivered
- Product received in damaged or defective condition
- Manufacturing defect or functional issue identified upon initial use
- Missing accessories or incomplete shipment
Returns are subject to the timeframes and conditions outlined below.

Requests submitted outside these timeframes may not qualify for return evaluation unless related to a verified manufacturing or shipping issue covered under warranty.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or made-to-order products manufactured to customer specifications
- Products that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Clearance, refurbished, or “as-is” products (clearly labeled at time of sale)
- Medical consumables and disposables including masks, gloves, syringes, pads, batteries, and similar items
Returns may also be declined if the product is returned without original packaging, accessories, manuals, or invoice documentation.
How to Request a Return

- Clear photos or video showing the issue

Return Conditions
Approved returns must meet all of the following:
- Product must be unused and uninstalled
- Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels must be included
- Product must be securely packed to prevent transit damage during return shipping
Items returned in incomplete, damaged, modified, or used condition may not qualify for refund or replacement.

Refund Process
Once a returned product is received and inspected, the customer will be informed of the refund decision within 2–3 business days.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of approval
- Refunds are issued via bank transfer to the customer’s provided account
- COD payments are refunded via bank deposit after identity verification
- Customers may alternatively opt for store credit or product replacement
Please note: shipping charges, installation fees, and service charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
Product exchanges are subject to stock availability and condition review of the returned item. If the replacement product has a different price, the balance will be either charged to or refunded to the customer accordingly.

Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are strongly advised to inspect all products immediately upon delivery. For high-value or sensitive medical equipment, we recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of receipt. This significantly helps our team verify and process any transit-damage claims.
