Q1. How can I place an order? Orders can be placed directly on our website, via WhatsApp, or by phone. Browse products, add to cart, and complete checkout โ€” or message us directly for assistance.

Q2. Do I need an account to order? No account is required. However, creating one allows you to track orders, view order history, and receive updates more conveniently.

Q3. Do you accept phone or WhatsApp orders? Yes. Call or WhatsApp us at +92 321 6557789 and our team will assist you with your order.

Q4. Can I request product customization? Yes. We offer customization on hospital beds, trolleys, and selected furniture items. Contact our sales team at sales@alghani.pk with your specifications.

Q5. Do you have a product catalog? Yes. A digital catalog is available on request via WhatsApp or email at info@alghani.pk.


๐Ÿšš Shipping & Delivery

Q6. Where do you deliver? We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.

Q7. How long does delivery take? Standard in-stock items: 3โ€“7 business days. Customized or made-to-order items: 7โ€“14 business days depending on specifications and quantity.

Q8. How are large or heavy items shipped? Large items such as hospital beds and trolleys are shipped via cargo service or our own delivery vehicle for orders within Lahore.

Q9. Can I track my order? Yes. A tracking number or dispatch confirmation is sent via SMS or email once your order has been dispatched.

Q10. Can I collect my order in person? Yes. Self-collection is available from our DHA Phase 8 Lahore office by prior appointment.

Q11. What payment methods do you accept? We accept bank transfer, cheque, cash on delivery (COD) for eligible orders, and online payment. Full details are available on our Payment Account Details page.

Q12. How do I confirm a bank transfer payment? After transferring, send your payment receipt along with your order number via WhatsApp or email to sales@alghani.pk for confirmation.

Q13. Is cash on delivery (COD) available? COD is available in selected cities for orders under PKR 50,000. Contact us to confirm availability for your location before placing an order.

Q14. Do product prices include tax? Listed prices generally do not include sales tax. Tax-inclusive invoices with NTN are available on request.

Q15. Can I request a quotation? Yes. Send your item list or requirements via WhatsApp or email to sales@alghani.pk and we will respond within 1 business day.

Q16. Are all products brand new? Yes. All standard listed products are brand new. Any refurbished items are clearly labeled as such on the product page.

Q17. Can I arrange a product demonstration? Yes. In-person demos are available at our Lahore office by appointment. Video call demonstrations are available for customers in other cities.

Q18. Do you sell refurbished equipment? Yes, in limited cases โ€” primarily for diagnostic machines. All refurbished products are clearly marked on the listing.

Q19. Do you support bulk or institutional orders? Yes. We offer bulk pricing, institutional invoicing, and dedicated account support for hospitals, clinics, NGOs, and distributors. Contact sales@alghani.pk for B2B inquiries.


๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Warranty & Returns

Q20. Is warranty included with products? Yes. Most products carry a 6โ€“12 month warranty. The exact warranty period is stated on each product page.

Q21. What is not covered under warranty? Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, power surges, unauthorized repairs, physical damage, or normal wear and tear.

Q22. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Q23. Can I return a product? Yes. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] for full details.

Q24. How are refunds processed? Approved refunds are issued via bank transfer within 7โ€“14 business days following inspection and approval of the returned item.

Q28. Do you offer installation services? Yes. Installation is available for hospital beds, patient monitors, OT tables, and similar equipment. Service is currently available in major cities. Confirm availability at time of order.
