This policy explains warranty coverage, claim procedures, exclusions, and resolution options for qualifying products.

Warranty Coverage

Selected products supplied by AL GHANI Medical & Surgical include a limited warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects identified after delivery
  • Functional faults occurring during normal and intended use
  • Technical issues arising within the applicable warranty period

Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused after delivery, misuse, or conditions listed under exclusions below.

Warranty details are stated on the product page, sales invoice, and order confirmation. Customers are encouraged to confirm warranty terms before purchasing high-value or specialized equipment.

Where a product carries a manufacturer warranty different from the above, the manufacturer’s stated terms apply. The applicable warranty period is always confirmed on the product page and invoice.


What Is Not Covered

The following situations are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Physical damage caused after delivery
  • Damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
  • Water, liquid, fire, or environmental damage
  • Electrical damage caused by voltage fluctuations or power surges
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering by the customer or third party
  • Damage caused during customer-arranged transportation or relocation
  • Normal wear and tear from regular usage
  • Consumable and disposable items including gloves, syringes, pads, batteries, and masks

Warranty support will also not apply if:

  • Product serial numbers or labels have been removed or altered
  • Original invoice or proof of purchase cannot be provided
  • The warranty period has expired at the time of the claim

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty support, contact our team with the following:

  • Order number or invoice number
  • Product name and model
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Photos or video clearly showing the problem
  • Your contact name and phone number

Our team will acknowledge your claim within 1–2 business days and provide further instructions within 3–5 business days depending on the nature of the issue.


Product Inspection

Depending on the product and issue reported, we may require one of the following:

  • Photo or video assessment remotely via WhatsApp
  • Customer to send the product to our Lahore facility for inspection
  • Cargo pickup arranged by our team for large equipment
  • On-site technical visit for eligible locations and product types

Inspection is required before warranty approval, repair, or replacement is confirmed. Customers will be informed of the inspection method required within the initial response.


Warranty Resolution Options

If a warranty claim is approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions depending on product availability and technical evaluation:

For large hospital furniture or equipment, cargo arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon before any shipment is made.


Limitation of Warranty

Warranty coverage is strictly limited to the repair, servicing, or replacement of the eligible product under the terms stated above.

AL GHANI Medical & Surgical is not liable for:

  • Indirect losses or operational interruptions resulting from product downtime
  • Installation or reinstallation expenses
  • Damages resulting from improper use after delivery
  • Loss of business or consequential damages of any kind

Complaints & Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a warranty claim, please escalate your concern in writing to:
