Orders are not dispatched until payment is confirmed. Customers will receive a dispatch notification via SMS or email once the order has been shipped.

Delivery Services
We work with reputable cargo and logistics partners depending on:
- Product size, weight, and fragility
- Delivery city or region
- Order urgency and customer preference
For large items such as hospital beds, OT tables, and stretcher trolleys, we use cargo services or our own delivery vehicle for Lahore orders. Our team will confirm the delivery method at the time of order processing.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number or dispatch confirmation will be sent to you via SMS or email. You can also track your order through our Order Tracking page or by contacting us directly on WhatsApp at +92 321 6557789.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on product size, weight, and delivery location. The table below gives approximate examples:

Important:
- Shipping charges are generally paid by the customer directly to the cargo company at the time of delivery or collection
- AL GHANI Medical & Surgical does not add delivery charges to product invoices unless the customer specifically requests prepaid shipping
- If prepaid shipping is requested, the estimated charge will be added separately to the order total and confirmed before dispatch
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Self-Collection (Lahore)
Customers in Lahore may collect their order in person from our DHA Phase 8 office. Self-collection must be arranged in advance by contacting our team at +92 321 6557789 or info@alghani.pk to confirm availability and collection timing.
Product Availability & Stock
Not all products are available for immediate dispatch. Some items may:
- Require manufacturing or assembly time
- Be temporarily out of stock
- Need special handling or preparation before dispatch
Customers placing urgent orders are advised to confirm stock availability with our team before completing the purchase. Estimated dispatch timelines are communicated at order confirmation for all non-standard items.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are strongly advised to inspect all products upon delivery before signing any acknowledgment with the cargo provider.
For high-value or sensitive medical equipment, we recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of receipt. This is essential for processing any transit-damage claims efficiently. Damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence.
Delays & External Factors
While we coordinate dispatch carefully, delivery operations are carried out by third-party cargo and logistics providers. AL GHANI Medical & Surgical is not directly responsible for delays caused by:
- Cargo company operational issues
- Weather conditions or road disruptions
- Public holidays
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Customer unavailability at delivery address
