Effective Date: 9 Sep 2025 At AL GHANI Medical & Surgical, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help with clear return and refund guidelines.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if your item meets the following conditions:

• Wrong Item Delivered – You received a different product than what you ordered.
• Damaged on Arrival – The product is visibly damaged or broken when delivered.
• Defective Item – The product does not function as intended upon first use.

Note: Returns are not accepted for:

• Customized or made-to-order products
• Used, installed, or mishandled items
• Refurbished or “as-is” clearance items

📅 Return Request Timeframe

All return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product. Requests made after 3 days may not be eligible.

🔄 Return Process

1. Contact us via info@alghani.pk or WhatsApp at 0321-6557789.
2. Provide your order number, clear photos or video of the product, and a brief reason.
3. We will evaluate your request within 2–3 business days.
4. If approved, we will guide you on return via courier or pickup.

📦 Return Conditions

• Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories/manuals.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.
• Incomplete, damaged, or altered items will be rejected.

💰 Refunds

If your return is approved:

• Refunds will be issued via bank transfer within 7–10 business days.
• Alternatively, you may opt for store credit or product exchange.
• COD payments are refunded through bank deposit after confirmation.

🔁 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are possible based on product availability. Any price difference must be settled by the customer.

❗ Important Notes

• Inspect items immediately upon delivery.
• We recommend recording unboxing videos for hospital equipment to validate claims.
• We do not accept returns for consumables like batteries, pads, masks, syringes, etc.
